We close for lunch daily from 12-1

 

Walk ins allowed M-F 9-11 and 1-3:00 ONLY. Scheduled patients will be seen first which may require a 30 min to one hour wait.

 

Please go to the ER for any after hours medical emergencies

All copays and payments are due before services are rendered.

We assess a $25 no show fee for missed appointments
